Infrastructure.
We organize the website's technical foundation so it can operate quickly, securely and reliably. We check domain settings, the SSL certificate, caching, email, monitoring and backups.
Digital foundations, done right.
Many technical problems begin at the foundation: incorrect domain records, an outdated SSL certificate, email delivery errors or backups that have not been tested. We organize the most important technical settings and help reduce risks that could disrupt the website.
Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, content and delivery requirements. SIA "Zinkmans" is not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not added to the price. The quotation states included deliverables, revision rounds and support. Hosting, licences and other third-party services cost extra unless stated otherwise. Service Terms
DNS and domain settings
We organize DNS zones, domain settings, basic registrar security and the required records so the website and related services operate predictably.
SSL certificate and secure connection
We check the SSL certificate, automatic renewal options and secure connection settings so users do not encounter connection warnings.
Cache and CDN settings
We review the cache settings and, when needed, help connect a CDN solution if it is supported by the selected environment or services in use.
Organizing email settings
We organize SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other email settings to reduce the risk of your sent emails ending up in spam.
Checks and notifications
When needed, we connect availability checks, error notifications and other monitoring tools if they are supported by the selected environment or connected services.
Backups and recovery plan
We organize backup creation and check the available recovery options so there is a clear plan when something does not work as expected.
How we organize the technical foundation.
Review
Week 1: we check domain records, the SSL certificate, email settings, the hosting environment, access details and the most important technical risks. We identify what already works correctly and what needs to be organized.
Preparation
Days 2–5: we prepare the required changes in the selected environment, check migration or configuration options and minimize possible disruption.
Strengthening
Week 2: we organize security, email, backup and monitoring settings when supported by the selected environment or connected services.
Monitoring
Ongoing by agreement, we track the most important technical metrics, notifications and maintenance notes. Communication procedures for emergencies are agreed separately.
